Privileges

 

YICOM, its affiliated companies and the contractors and sub contractors who should undertake  the different activities within concerned area shall be:

¤ Permitted to import and shall be exempt from customs duties.

¤ Re-export any material, equipment or goods imported into Yemen for the purposes of petroleum operations.

¤ Exempt from payment of concession royalties to Yemeni organization.
